2.  Business Site
        Need 40m² to store threads. Need fixed shop for business.
3.  Cost to Join
        Cost to join is RMB200,000. It is deposit. It will be refunded to the distributor when the contract be terminated.
4.  Rights of Distributor
        (1)  To use the trade mark of BLUE BUTTERFLY^®
        (2)  To get 0.5 carton threads for each color, 1663 colors, total 44901 cones thread. The ownership of these threads are reserved by the company.
        (3)  The company provide free color catalog and brochures.
